Who publishes this platform?
This site compares 55 models from 25 manufacturers across 15 sector categories. Of the 708 tracked technical fields, 392 come from a manufacturer source; the rest are marked as estimates. No manufacturer pays commission, listing or placement fees — this page explains what stands behind that claim.
How we work
The six rules below apply across the whole site. They are not statements of intent: each is built into the data model and checked at build time.
- Every value has a source Technical values are compiled from the manufacturer’s datasheet, product page or manual. Source references are listed on the product page, with a link wherever one exists.
- Estimated fields are not hidden A value the manufacturer has not published is estimated from the class average and flagged as "estimated". Every product page carries an evidence scorecard showing how much of the record is sourced.
- No winner is declared Comparison pages show the differences without recommending one. Which difference matters depends on your scenario, and we are not the ones who know it.
- No exact prices are published Manufacturers do not publish list prices; they vary by volume, configuration and exchange rate. So bands are shown instead of exact figures, and the price index is built only from observations published in public sources.
- No product is recommended to visitors The wizard does not recommend products; it works out which features your scenario requires. Match results appear only in the member panel, together with the criteria breakdown.
- We ask manufacturers and publish the answer For missing fields we send the manufacturer a formal data request. Who was asked, who answered and who declined is public in the Transparency League. A brand we have not yet asked is not penalised for it.

If you spot something wrong
If you believe a value in the catalogue is wrong, send it to us with its source. When a verifiable source is provided the value is updated and the record moves to "confirmed". If you are a manufacturer, answering our data request makes your whole record sourced.
