How many years is "10-year battery life" in your scenario?
Manufacturers usually state battery life assuming one refresh a day, room temperature and no LED use. This tool evaluates the same label under your conditions.

This is not a manufacturer statement. The multipliers here are our own simplified model of how e-paper labels generally behave; they are not any manufacturer's official data. The point is not to give an exact number but to make visible the conditions under which the datasheet figure holds. Before signing, ask the manufacturer for a written estimate based on your own scenario.
How the model works
The stated life is converted into an annual energy budget assuming one refresh a day, +20 °C and no LED. Your inputs change that budget through multipliers: each extra refresh scales linearly, colour count changes the energy per refresh, LEDs draw continuous current, low temperature reduces cell capacity and a weak signal increases retries.
Leave four details and we will work out which manufacturers fit your scope, an estimated budget and a payback period. No manufacturer is given priority.
