Whom did we ask, and who replied?
Some technical values in the catalogue are estimated, and each is marked individually on the product page. That mark says "we do not know" — it does not say what we did about it. This page does: which firm we sent a formal data request to, when we sent it, and what came back.
The rate is computed over sent requests only. Putting firms we never asked into the denominator would present our own gap as their silence.
Transparency League
What is ranked is not product quality but how verifiable the record is: how many models the manufacturer confirmed with its own documents, how many fields are still estimates, how many sources, whether the data request was answered. Only an independent party can publish this table — a manufacturer cannot grade itself, a reseller directory cannot grade its customers.

Score (0–100): 50% share of verified models, 30% share of non-estimated fields, 20% response to the data request (answered 1, pending 0.5, refused 0). For brands not yet asked (*) the third part is excluded — a score lowered because we did not ask would be our gap, not theirs. Brands without product records are not in the league; there is nothing to measure.
The change column compares the score with the snapshot of 2026-q3 (taken on 2026-09-28). Because the league score is computed from the catalogue as it stands, its history cannot be reconstructed from the data; a snapshot is therefore stored each quarter. No estimate is produced for periods before the first snapshot — they show “—”.
