Does it work with your ERP?
Integration is the item that delays projects most. The answer to "does it work with our ERP?" usually fails to distinguish a ready-made connector from bespoke development, and who pays for that development stays unclear until contract. This table gathers vendors' own published compatibility claims, with their sources.

"Named" = the vendor explicitly lists that system. "Given as an example" = mentioned as "such as SAP, Oracle", which is not a commitment. "—" = not mentioned in that source; it does not mean unsupported.

These systems are widespread in Türkiye yet appear by name in none of the sources we reviewed. That does not mean they are unsupported — only that vendors have not published it. If yours is here, ask about integration in writing during the tender.

Sistemler "gibi" ifadesiyle örnek olarak anılıyor; taahhüt niteliği taşımıyor. Türkiye'de yaygın olan Logo, Netsis, Nebim ve Mikro sayfada hiç geçmiyor — bu, o sistemlerin desteklenmediği anlamına gelmez, yalnızca yayımlanmadığı anlamına gelir.
Five questions to ask the supplier
A compatibility claim on its own means nothing. Ask for answers in writing; these clauses are already included in the specification generator.
- Is this integration provided by a ready-made connector, or does it require bespoke development?
- If development is required, how long does it take, what does it cost, and who pays?
- In how many installations has it run with our specific version? Can you give references?
- Is the data flow one-way or two-way? Does it carry stock and campaign data, or only price?
- When our ERP version is upgraded, does the integration remain covered by warranty?
The fourth question matters most: an integration that carries only price will not meet expectations such as campaign automation or stock indicators — and this is usually noticed after installation.
